Our policy in short

All Kemuva products are digital and made to order. No refunds after delivery. Every order includes up to 2 rounds of revisions.

Before delivery

If we cannot start your order (for example, you have not uploaded material within 30 days) or you cancel before we begin work, contact us for a full refund.

After delivery

Because the file is personalized and delivered digitally, refunds are not available once the preview or file has been delivered, except where required by law or where we fail to deliver what you ordered. If we can't fix a genuine error within 2 revisions, we will refund you.

Revisions

Reply to your preview email within 14 days with your changes. Revisions cover corrections and adjustments within the original brief (not a different product or new material).

EU/EEA and UK customers

You expressly consent at checkout to immediate supply and acknowledge you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins (Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(m); UK CCR 2013 reg. 37). We confirm this in your order email.

Consent text shown at checkout: “I agree that my order is a digital product made for me; delivery starts immediately and I lose my right of withdrawal once the file is delivered. No refunds after delivery; up to 2 revisions included.”

US customers

This policy is displayed on our website and at checkout before purchase, in line with California Civil Code §1723 and New York General Business Law §218-a.
